BATCH BIN LABEL PRINTING FOR imageEZ®This is the procedure you will follow to print a batch of multiple Bin Labels (up to 1,000 labels) from the imageEZ Batch Bin Label Tool. This procedure requires the use of a custom macro. First you will queue up the Bin Labels you need to print from the LX02 in G-Army. You will enter your warehouse number. Click the clock icon with the check mark to execute. Right click on the report or hit Shift+F4 to create a spreadsheet. Save the spreadsheet on the desktop in Excel file format. Now you are going to copy and paste the data from your Excel file into the G-ARMY Batch Bin Label Tool on your desktop. First, use your mouse to highlight all the data from the Type and Storage Bin columns in your Excel file, then right click and choose 'Copy' to copy the data. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT COPY THE COLUMN HEADERS. GET ONLY THE DATA BELOW THE COLUMN HEADINGS. Next, go to your desktop and open the G-ARMY Batch Bin Label Tool. Click on cell A1 in the very top left corner. Right click in this cell and choose 'Paste'. This will drop all of your data into the tool. Now on your keyboard press Control+M (Ctrl+M). This will begin the formatting process. Please wait for the formatting process to complete. This may take several minutes depending on the quanitity of labels you are formatting.
Once the formatting tool finishes running you are ready to print your labels. Go to the File Menu and Choose 'Print'. Select the imageEZ Batch Label Printer. Verify that the Orientation is set to Portrait for Bin Label printing. If not, then change it to Portrait. Click Print. Once printing is complete, close Microsoft Excel. Do not save the changes to the document at this time because you'll need to start with a fresh G-ARMY Batch Bin Label Tool every time you run a new print job.
