FOLLOW THE STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND YOU'LL BE SET UP IN NO TIME

DRIVER DOWNLOAD & INSTALLATION
Please be sure you are using the Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser. If you are using a different browser you may have unpredictable results. Thank you!

Click the icon to the right to download the current imageEZ Print Drivers. Choose 'Save As'. Save the file to your computer desktop and click Save. See image below.

Now go to your desktop and locate the saved folder called "G-ARMY PRINTER SETUP". Double click on the folder to open then click on 'Extract all files'.

Leave the destination set to desktop how it is and Click on 'Extract'. Now wait for the contents to extract to your desktop.

When extracting the files is complete you can now delete the zipped file from your desktop. It's the icon that has the little zipper on it. Like this...

Next double click the G-ARMY PRINTER SETUP folder to open it. Click on the G-ARMY Batch Bin Label Tool and drag and drop to the Desktop.

Double click on 'imageEZ Drivers' and follow the installation process.

DRIVER INSTALLATION (install should take less than a minute)
Double click on 'Install' to begin the installation of the print drivers. The Install Wizard will now begin. Click 'Next'.

Choose Install Printer. Then, in the printer list on the right side scroll down and find the 'ZDesigner ZM600 300 dpi (ZPL)' and select that printer. Click 'Next'.

Highlight and change the Printer Name to 'imageEZ MRO Printer'. Make this your default printer. Click 'Next'.

Now check to make certain that the box for 'Launch installation of Zebra Font Download Setup Wizard' is unchecked. If it is already checked, then remove the check mark. Click 'Finish'.

Now you can delete the G-ARMY Printer Setup File from your desktop. It is no longer needed.

Your driver installation is now complete. You're almost done! Just a two more steps to complete the configuration process...

SET UP BIN LABEL PRINTING
Go to your Start Menu. Then click on 'Devices and Printers'.

Click 'Add a printer'.

Click 'Add a local printer'.

Click Next.

In the Printers List select the ZDesigner ZM400 300 dpi (ZPL) printer. Then click Next.

Change the printer name to 'imageEZ Bin Label Printer'. Then click Next.

Click Next one more time. Then click Finish.

SET UP BATCH BIN LABEL PRINTING
Go to your Start Menu. Then click on 'Devices and Printers'.

Click 'Add a printer'.

Click 'Add a local printer'.

Click Next.

In the Printers List select the ZDesigner ZD500-300dpi ZPL printer. Then click Next.

Change the printer name to 'imageEZ Batch Bin Label Printer'. Then click Next.

Click Next one more time. Then click Finish.

Before you close the Printers and Devices window check to make sure than your imageEZ MRO Printer is still your default printer. The default will have a green check mark on it. If it is not, then right click on the imageEZ MRO Printer and in the drop down box click on 'Set as default printer'.

Now you can close all windows and return to the desktop. You are fully configured for printing MROs, Bin Labels, and large Batch Bin Label print jobs on your imageEZ® Printer.
